Have you ever wondered how a daily routine of an international student at UC looks like? In this video, I will take you through my day in the life of a second-year biomedical engineering student. You will learn more about what part time job I am taking, what courses I am studying, and how the UC campus looks like.
Under such tight schedules every week, to handle everything I have to manage my time extremely effectively. At the end of the day, when I have done all of the work and homework, I feel rewarding, as I sit in my room, reflect on what I have done in the day, and plan out for tomorrow. The knowledge I learn after each lecture, the new people I meet, the projects I am taking part in, all motivate me to put as much energy as possible into each day of mine. Of course, there will be difficulties, such as times when I have to grind through the materials late at night for an exam the next day or finish a last-minute assignment. Although, I keep reminding myself that it is part of college; that everyone goes through the same process and faces more or less the same challenges. I hold my friends, and even my parents back in Vietnam, close because they are my source of mental support and encouragement to keep doing what I am doing.
