COVID-19 pandemic has caused many gyms and fitness studios to close their floors. Some only allow limited access with proper adherence to social distancing protocol as an effort to slow down the spread of the virus. Therefore, lots of personal trainers and instructors have switched to offer virtual sessions. With all the available and easy-access resources, I don’t see any reasons why we wouldn’t try and make the most out of it. Whether you want to keep up with your yoga practice, doing a full body workout or just a 15 minute cardio dance, it will sure help unspool yourself after working/studying from home all day.

If you think picking what movie on Netflix to watch is hard, it’s going to be much harder to choose which workout YouTube channel to follow between millions of them. Therefore, to make your life a little easier, I would like to share here my top 5 YouTube workout channels.
No Equipment Sculpting Workout: Chloe Ting
If you are a big fan of TikTok, you might have heard of Chloe Ting. She is a lifestyle vlogger from Australia and recently gets famous for her promising workout challenges that help burn fat and build six-pack abs in a few weeks. Her exercises are 10-15 minutes long and require no equipment, which makes it even more doable at home.

My favorite is her 2-week shred challenge that aims to strengthen and tone the entire body.
Pilates: Cassey Ho

Cassey Ho is an award-winning instructor who is well-known for her pilates moves. Those are easy looking but really do make you feel burn every minute. Check out her YouTube channel right here! Her videos include full body workout as well as specific part toning.

Dance workout: The Fitness Marshall
Since launching his YouTube channel in October 2014, Caleb Marshall, aka “The Fitness Marshall,” has been rocking some serious dance moves and motivating thousands to get into shape. His fun, upbeat videos use the latest pop hits and pair them with his own innovative and funky choreography.
Even those with no dance background (or, in my case, absolutely no dance skills at all) can’t help but be drawn in by his energetic, sweat-inducing, and always entertaining dance parties.
Be Inspired – Workout Motivation

Sometimes, you just need a little motivation to get you through your workout. If you’re heading out for a run or riding an indoor stationary bike, head to Be Inspired – Workout Motivation’s YouTube Channel. While they don’t feature actual workouts, they have inspirational audio and videos designed to fuel you through your sweat session.
Above is my recommendation for online workout videos. Check them out and see what works for you! Have fun!
