Banana Bread during Quarantine!

Hi everyone,

I hope you all are safe and healthy. Most countries are in quarantine so we have to stay at home. I know it can get boring but I want to share with you a recipe of one of my favorite desserts which is Banana Bread. I hope you give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Here is the recipe:


  • 3 medium bananas
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 of coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp of baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup pf chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk


  • First, pre-heat the oven to 350F. Then, in another bowl, mash the bananas until you get a smooth consistency. Then, add the coconut oil, vanilla extract, and almond milk. In another bowl, stir the flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and then mix it with the wet ingredients. Mix it well and then add any toppings that you want. in this case, I add chocolate chips and seeds. Put it on the oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Finally, enjoy it. Hope you like it!
